OpenVZ is container-based virtualization for Linux. If you intend to bill your customers for minutes used on a per-account basis, you will need to have a billing solution in place outside or Inside of the VPS system.The best place for this to occur is to deploy a Container with A2billing Installed.

The 200 concurrent calls the server handles is respective of the entire server.

If one business is using 100 concurrent calls, another is using 90, the rest of your 18 business customers on that machine can be making 10 calls before quality starts to suffer.
